Ingredients

  • 2 oz Gold rum (1-3 years old, mellow light)
  • 0.50 oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tsp Grenadine/pomegranate syrup
  • 1 tsp Rich sugar syrup (2 parts sugar to 1 part water, 65.0degBrix)
  • 0.50 oz Pasteurized egg white (or aquafaba)

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, combine the gold rum, lime juice, pomegranate syrup, sugar syrup, and egg white with ice.
  2. Shake well and strain the mixture back into the shaker.
  3. Dry shake (shake without ice) and then fine strain the mixture into a chilled glass.
