Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 oz overproof rhum agricole (e.g. Rhum JM 100 proof)
  • 1/2 oz rum (e.g. Banks 5)
  • 1/2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 oz cream of coconut
  • 3/4 oz vanilla syrup
  • 1/2 tsp matcha powder
  • Crushed ice

Instructions

  1. Combine overproof rhum agricole, rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, cream of coconut, vanilla syrup, and matcha powder in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake the ingredients together until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a Pilsner glass filled with crushed ice.
